Last Saturday, I had the privilege of helping out at a dog adoption day for
Critter Cavalry Rescue at a new pet store that opened nearby. This is the rescue that we adopted Wonder & Lexi (you remember my failed attempt at fostering) from.
I was paired up with the sweetest little dog named Parker.
Parker was rescued from a Kill Shelter the day before, and you could see it in his eyes that he was thankful. He loved being with all the other dogs and people.
We didn't find him a home that day, but I know they will. With a face and personality like his it won't take long.
